- Focaccia
- Gorgonzola

Preparation steps
- Spread the pieces of Gorgonzola evenly over the dough, making sure the whole surface is covered.
- Put the slices of Williams pears and the pieces of red onion on the cheese.
- Put the Pinsa in the oven for 10 min at 200°C, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
- Add fresh rocket and raisins to the topping for a combination of sweet and tangy flavours.
- Sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil to enhance the flavours.
